Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is delivered and received within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information.

PROCESSING 

 We ship Standard orders out within 48 business hours of purchase and Priority Mail orders within 24 hours of purchase. 

Please note, orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

TRANSIT TIME

All orders are shipped by USPS within 24-48 business hours of purchase, depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping transit time begins once the order ships. Your estimated shipping timeframe depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Day 
• Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Day
• The shipping transit times above are only estimations per USPS. We can not guarantee a shipment date or arrival date. 

TRACKING

 Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. Contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package.  They will assist you in recovering your package.
